Welcome to the Flagler Family! Thank you for your interest in the Saints Alliance Peer Mentoring Program.

The Saints Alliance is a peer mentoring program under the Office of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion aimed to help create a sense of belonging for students with traditionally marginalized identities. Saints Alliance program participants get a number of benefits, including but not limited to:

- Being paired with a peer mentor who will help guide through the personal and academic journey of the first year experience at Flagler College
- Gain a close knit community with others in the Saints Alliance program
- Cultivate knowledge of various topics relating to diversity and contribute towards a respectful and inclusive campus
- Develop valuable leadership, time management, and organizational skills
- Access various networking and involvement opportunities

All students entering their first year at Flagler college, including first year and transfer students, are welcome to apply!
